Now we’re not throwing shade on HRT, we get it! If that’s for you then go for it, but if like me you have your doubts and just don’t want to go down that path, or you’ve tried it and it was not for you then it’s nice to know you have some options!
Metagenics Regimen for Natural Hormone Support (Non-HRT)
1. Estrovera (Rhapontic Rhubarb Extract
Purpose: Clinically proven to reduce hot flushes, night sweats, irritability, and sleep disruption.
